The Municipality of Ikast-Brande is one of the many new local authorities in Denmark. We are a strong presence in Mid-Jutland, both in terms of space and content.

After the local authority amalgamation, the municipality has become much more diverse, and the local nature, culture and business community have been enriched with many new “playmates” for the benefit of all parties. Thanks to a wide variety of opportunities, the municipality is entering a period of exciting change in all areas. We are seeing a strong influx of new residents and significant interest from and start-up of businesses and retailers.

The municipality is not afraid to follow new paths and be a bit flamboyant and rebellious. It is in our blood. And just as we are challenged by our citizens, we also dare to challenge them back. Here, it is okay to test us, as long as you also understand the importance of working together to seek and achieve new goals.
